Stand at a gate or doorway (we use our stair gate or bathroom door) and formally announce "Doors closing! (beep beep beep)", pretending you're giving a train announcement.

Station Stops: Name different destinations (e.g., “Next stop: Bathroom Station!” or “Final stop: Pyjama Junction!”) to guide them through routines like getting dressed or brushing teeth.
Ticket Please!: Hand them an imaginary (or real!) ticket they have to “scan” before the train departs. You could even switch roles and let them be the conductor!
Fast or Slow Train?: Ask if they want to take the “express” (running) or the “slow chugging train” (marching in slow motion). A great way to match their energy level!
