A simple, playful way to notice and collect life’s little glimmers, small moments that make you smile, feel seen, or spark delight. It helps shift focus from stress or to-dos to everyday magic.

Helping women reconnect with their inner child to rediscover joy

Instead of a to-do list, this is a list of wins, little moments of joy.

Maybe it’s the smell of your morning coffee, a funny thing your child said, sunlight through the window, or the quiet hum of a slow afternoon.

Write these moments down in a notebook or in your phone - no structure, no rules, just whatever makes you feel good. Over time, you’ll have a growing collection of glimmers to return to, reminding you that even in the chaos, there’s light tucked into the ordinary.

It's a gentle reminder of the small sparks of joy that often go unseen and a way to celebrate them.

  • Step 1:

In your day to day, start to notice things that make you smile.

Jot them down in your phone or note pad.

  • Step 3:

Keep adding to the list whenever you notice a glimmer (something small that sparks joy)
